Commissioned as a sixteen-screen projection across all four walls of the gallery. In collaboration with Russel Stopford, I re-edited footage from the feature film IVUL depicting predominantly landscape images of Alex climbing high above the earth. He always seems to be lost in his own version of the game ‘Off Ground He’ in which one must never touch the earth.
Alex’s anorak hangs high on the wall of the gallery as trace element and key to the installations’ signifiers.
Conor Kelly also performed a live soundtrack with me on the day that the exhibition closed.
